I have just recently bought a lovely second hand BMW from Tony at Autopoint Stansted. The customer care was first class. Gary took us out for the test drives. I looked at a couple of cars and I wasn't rushed at all. Once I'd made the decision I felt very safe in the knowledge that the car was serviced and MOT'd, plus Gary gave it a lovely clean before I took it home. I had bought a car previously from Tony so I was very confident that I would be buying another great car.

I have heard only good things from friends about this company so I decided to visit them as I need a new vehicle.
I quickly found a car that I liked , full service history and in an immaculate condition. It drives beautifully , no leaks or noises , tight ride , breaks and clutch.
I am so happy with it and the whole process was fast , easy and efficient.
I drove back the next day after a full service and clean was done.
Outstanding customer service as well.
My car was overheating a few weeks later , I called them , they came to my house , gave me a spare car for me to use , checked it over fixed it , gave it an other quick service and delivered the car directly to my work the next day so we could swap back.
If this is not the ideal service and standards we all wish for then lock me up 😂😂😂

This is the second car I've bought from Tony & Gary , the first being one for my son 12mths ago. They are friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely want you to feel happy with the purchase, rather than pushing you to buy something.

They were patient with us while we asked a million questions, took me on numerous test drives, and made sure that the requirements I had were met.

The cars are all spotless , and they're MOT'd and come with a 3mth warranty as standard.

I had a really positive experience at this garage, from initially viewing and test driving the vehicle, only a week later the car had an MOT, service, any minor advisories had been fixed, and it was cleaned inside and out.

The whole process was very smooth, quick, and they weren't pushy at all, they let me look at the car at my own pace and gave me time to think about whether I wanted to purchase the car.

I would 100% recommend and use them again, they are all very genuine people and provide excellent service.

I had been looking for a Kia Sorento for a few weeks saw this one at Autopoint Stansted car sales although I live just outside Dover a good 80 miles away, a quick phone call to arrange a viewing and test drive a great motor decided to buy there and then. Tony arranged for the car to be delivered a few days later complete with new Mot and service, minor problem with handbrake after a couple of days, Tony arranged for the car to be collected and leave us with a courtesy car a brilliant back up and support from Tony at Autopoint Stansted I can fully recommend them and will use them when we replace our daughters car.

Surprisingly easy purchase ! We were recommended by a friend about autopoint so we called them, they dident have the car we wanted but, suggested a few others. We went along and hit it off with the friendly helpfulf easy going people there and we settled on a lovely v.w golf, they had it serviced and put a new mot on it all within one day ! Thanyou guys we are over the moon with our car and will definatly come back to you next time. Would recommend to anyone .

They break the car dealer stereo type ( no hard sell or flannel ) know there stuff and have a good selection if you are unsure what you want. bought my Audi on hire purchase from them. ( low rates ) would happily recommend my friends or family to buy there.

Small dealership ( familly ) run,very friendly and not at all pushy. cars are all nicely presented. we were recommend them by a friend and settled on a very nice ford focus. they did all they had promised i.e serviced, mot, valet etc. they took time to run through the controls on pick up and even filled the car up with petrol before we took it ! Cannot recommend them enough and will certainly return for our next car.

My familly and i have always bought our cars from autopoint over the last 20 + years ! ! we would never consider anywhere else, they are very helpful even if they dont have what we want, they have found cars for us. Never had any problems as the cars are alway in outstanding condition and we have compared the prices to make sure they are competitive and they are always fair to us. We had a faulty alternator many years ago long after there warranty had expired and they replaced free of charge and gave us a loan car ! We would of course have no hesitation in recommending these genuine nice guys

A pleasure to deal with. i am a petrol head / car nut and must say these people know there stuff! i bought a beautiful Audi a5 convertible s-line. Although i found a couple cheaper on the net, when i went see them they were not a patch on the one we bought from autopoint and i felt comfortable with the garage. they had it serviced, a new mot and a guarantee. on viewing they did not hassle us or push us into buying like the other places ! I would of course recommend them and return for my next car although it will be hard to part with this beauty ! 5 ++++

What stars ! ! bought a beautifull Audi a4 diesel convertible ( stunning condition ) was very worried bercause it seemed to cheap in this condition but, with one owner and full service history it all checked out. They gave us a full history report / service history and serviced and mot 'd it. It all seems too good to be true but it is ! ! we have had the car for three months now, trouble free and a pleasure to drive. We would have no hesitation in recommending the people at autopoint and have indeed sent some of our friends there way ,one of which have also purchased ( also delighted ) 5 +++++
